Art Deco town house designed in 1932 by the architect Ernest Snoeck, whose signature appears on a façade stone, for R. Vercuysse. The two-storey façade under a flat roof is divided into a narrow door bay, crowned with yellow brick, and a broad yellow brick window bay dominated on the upper floor by a convex oriel. Original leaded glass survives in the curved fanlight of the door and in the upper-floor window. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
