Town house in a pronounced Art Deco style, designed in 1932 by the architect Ernest Snoeck for the customs officer Alfons Cruyssaert. The single wide bay, three-storey façade with cornice, in orange brick enlivened with render on a bluestone plinth, is framed by pilasters with monumental crowning elements rising above the flat roof; the cornice, with its rendered frieze of cartouches between stepped brackets, is the focal point. A rendered three-sided oriel opens the first floor, and the signature "ER.SNOECK/ BOUWKUNDIGE" appears in a rendered band.

Translated from the French original.
