Building of eight flats designed in 1928 in a sober Art Deco style by the architect Henri Vaerwyck-Suys for the milk dealer Hippoliet Annaert, of Laeken; with its four storeys, it rises above the houses of the street, which mostly have three. Of three bays under a flat roof, it has a brown-brick cornice façade on a blue stone plinth, perfectly symmetrical: two identical window bays flank the central door bay, whose door is set within stepped reveals. Above a wide string course in imitation stone, the façade is framed by two chamfered pilasters rising above the cornice; the taller central stair bay projects with chamfered corners and has two coupled windows on each floor with decorative brick breastwork. In each side bay a three-sided oriel runs up through all the floors, its imitation-stone surrounds decorated with a dentil frieze at the lintels; on each level two mirrored flats lie on either side of the stairwell, and the joinery is recent. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
