Art Deco town house designed in 1939 by the architect Ernest Snoeck, whose signature appears on the façade stone, for Regina Van Damme, in Sint-Amandsberg. The red-brick cornice façade on a bluestone plinth, with broad horizontal joints, has three storeys under a projecting flat roof carried by two stepped corbels. A heavy three-sided bay window with paired windows divided by round mullions dominates the first floor. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
