Art Deco town house with an asymmetrical composition, designed by the architect Théodore Peters in 1928. The two-storey elevation under a mansard roof is in red brick set off with bluestone, with brick decoration laid upright, recessed or stepped. Most of the openings are grouped in a T-shape: the door and the window above it are each flanked by two small narrow windows. In the main bay, a trapezoidal projection with a triple window carries a terrace with a timber balustrade in front of a French window. The joinery partly survives, including the door with a polygonal opening and an Art Deco grille, and the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
