Art Deco town house of asymmetrical composition, designed in 1925 by the architect Robberechts, within a coherent row of buildings with front gardens running from no. 72 to no. 112. The red-brick façade is set off with white stone and bluestone. The three-storey main bay, flanked by pilasters with bas-reliefs depicting birds, ends in a shaped gable and is fronted by a trapezoidal projection beneath a terrace. The entrance bay contains a round-arched recessed porch and a projecting window on a trapezoidal plan. The wrought-iron door and the window frames with glazing bars and stained-glass transoms survive; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
