Art Deco house designed by the architect Joseph Vanderstraeten in 1923. Its elevation of two storeys and three bays of unequal width, under a tall pseudo-mansard pierced by dormers, is in orange brick enhanced with white stone on a bluestone base. Above the wrought-iron carriage gate projects a small trapezoidal stone bay window, and the openings take varied shapes. The joinery survives, as do the wrought-iron boundary railings designed by the architect in front of the small garden of the Étangs (Ponds) district. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
