Art Deco house designed by the architect Pierre Heine in 1922, with the contractor Henri Pelseneer. Its asymmetrical elevation combines red brick with white stone elements. The main bay is marked by an oriel rising from the ground through the first two storeys, topped by a terrace with stone dies framing ironwork. The entrance door is reached by a flight of steps and the joinery survives; a garage was fitted in the basement in 1953. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
