An Art Deco house built in 1931 by the architect Joseph Vanderstraeten on a through plot, within a consistent row of buildings in the same style that he built between 1931 and 1938. On the Avenue Massenet side, the asymmetrical façade is enlivened by a curved oriel carrying a terrace in front of a triple window, and is fronted by its original wrought-iron railing. On the Chaussée de Bruxelles side, a carefully designed four-storey façade combines garage doors, terraces, a loggia and a trapezoidal oriel. The building is recorded in the legal inventory.
