An Art Deco apartment building erected in 1935 by the architect Joseph Vanderstraeten on a through plot, within a homogeneous row of buildings in the same style that he built on the avenue between 1931 and 1938. Towards Avenue Massenet, the three-storey elevation in red brick and imitation stone is taken up on the upper floors by a full-width trapezoidal oriel punctuated by two giant pilasters; the original joinery, the textured glass of the transoms and the wrought-iron front fence survive. Towards Chaussée de Bruxelles, the four-storey elevation, set back on the upper floors, has a large terrace on the first floor and a rounded balcony on the top floor. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
