Art Deco town house designed by the architect Jules Smekens in 1924. Its three-storey elevation in orange brick, enhanced with white stone, stands on a bluestone base. The first floor is marked by a wide projecting bay of shaped plan, topped by a terrace with a wrought-iron railing in front of a triplet window. The mansard roof is pierced by a wide stone dormer under a deeply overhanging cornice, and the front door and garage door are in wrought iron; the joinery is original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
