Art Deco apartment building on the corner of Avenue Géo Bernier, signed in 1928 by the architect Paul Hamesse, in partnership with his brothers Georges and Léon. The six-storey red brick elevation on a bluestone base, set off with white stone, has rectangular windows, some with stone mullions; the corner bays are crowned by a stepped gable. The round-arched wrought-iron pedestrian door opens on the corner, and the interior retains its original Otis lift. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
