Art Deco apartment building constructed in 1933 by the architect Joseph Vanderstraeten on a through plot, within a homogeneous row of buildings in the same style, nearly all of which he built on Avenue Massenet between 1931 and 1938. The four-storey red brick façade, set off with white stone and artificial stone, is marked by a trapezoidal projecting bay carrying a terrace with ironwork across the full width. The wrought-iron and textured-glass entrance door opens beneath a stepped porch; on the Chaussée de Bruxelles side, the elevation houses three garage doors. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
