Art Deco town house built in 1933 by the architect Joseph Vanderstraeten on a through plot, within the homogeneous row he built on Avenue Massenet between 1931 and 1938. The yellow brick façade enlivened with artificial stone is marked by a two-storey trapezoidal oriel, topped by a terrace with a wrought-iron railing, and by a round-arched wooden door. On the Chaussée de Bruxelles side, a low elevation houses two garage doors beneath a terrace. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
