Art Deco town house on the corner of avenue Géo Bernier, designed by the architect Fernand Petit in 1928. The façade follows the V-shaped plan of the house around a small front garden enclosed by its original railing; it combines white stone with rendered surfaces and runs to seven bays over two storeys beneath a flat roof terrace, with an attic storey added in 1935. It is soberly enlivened by projections (string courses, cornices, window surrounds) and keeps its original ironwork balustrades, while the original metal window frames have been replaced. The original interior decoration disappeared during alterations in the early 2000s. The building is recorded in the inventory.
