An Art Deco apartment building erected in 1938 by the architect Joseph Vanderstraeten on a through plot, within a homogeneous row of buildings in the same style, from no. 2a to no. 32, built between 1931 and 1938 and almost all designed by him. On the Avenue Massenet side, the four-storey elevation in brown brick, enhanced with imitation stone on a blue-stone base, is centred on a full-height semicircular oriel flanked on each floor by a curved balcony with tubular railings. The round-arched wooden door is glazed with textured glass; on the Chaussée de Bruxelles side, a single-storey volume contains a door and a garage beneath a terrace. The building is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
