Art Deco town house on a through plot, designed in 1931 by the architect Joseph Vanderstraeten; it forms part of a homogeneous row of buildings in the same style mostly built by the same architect between 1931 and 1938. Towards Avenue Massenet, the four-storey façade in orange brick, enlivened with white stone and artificial stone, has a semicircular oriel over two levels, a round-arched door under a curved canopy and a continuous balcony with a tubular railing on the top floor. Towards Chaussée de Bruxelles, the five-storey elevation opens onto three segmental-arched garage doors and set-back upper floors with loggias. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory.
