Art Deco town house, built in 1924 by the architect Michel Polak. The four-storey elevation in red brick is marked by white stone elements. Its windows, mostly rectangular and not aligned in bays, have ironwork handrails; on the first floor there is a trapezoidal bay under a small roof, and an oculus marks the centre of the façade at second-floor level. The front door opens beneath a recessed porch, and part of the joinery survives. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
