Art Deco house signed on the plinth by the architect Louis Tenaerts, 1933, who designed the two neighbouring buildings in the same year. The three-storey façade, in yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints, is enhanced with white stone, bands of red brick and roughcast or rendered areas. The first floor is taken up by a bay with a rounded left corner, beneath a terrace with a parapet and tubular railing. The decoration is geometric: a shared carved lintel over the door and the small grilled window, and short parallel concrete slabs on the bay and the entablature. The house is recorded in the inventory.
