On the corner of avenue du Diamant, an Art Deco rental building with a shop on the ground floor, signed and dated “G. Hebbelynck / arch te S.C.A.B. 1926”. The four-storey façade of red brick enhanced with imitation stone and white stone is enlivened by three trapezoidal oriels, successive setbacks and projecting brickwork under a mansard roof. The corner shop keeps its shopfront faced with beige ceramic and curved glazing, with pilasters bearing metal floral decoration and a mosaic canopy; window frames with glazing bars and stained glass survive.
