Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect Jean Finné in 1927 for the contractors J. Gobiet and F. Fallas; the following year the same architect designed the neighbouring building for the same clients. The façade in white stone and red brick, enhanced with bluestone, has a symmetrical elevation of six bays and eight storeys, the top one set back. The four side bays are each marked by a trapezoidal oriel, and the bays are recessed within stepped surrounds. The central axis is emphasised by a round-arched entrance portal with stepped reveals and by stone spurs on the second and sixth floors. The door with grilled openings survives; the building is recorded in the inventory.
