Art Deco apartment building designed in 1931 by the architect E. Vanlerberghe. The four-storey elevation, with three equal bays on the upper floors, is in white imitation stone combined with red brick on the upper floors; the ground floor has symmetrically arranged openings with canted upper corners. The upper floors are marked by a trapezoidal bow window on a corbel with stepped side faces, which on the third floor incorporates a loggia behind an open bay with a balustrade. Decoration of flutes, dentils and projecting bricks completes the façade beneath a broadly overhanging cornice; the joinery and the ground-floor wrought-iron grilles with geometric patterns have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
