Pair of Art Deco apartment buildings designed by the architect René Cornil in 1929, on the corner of avenue Milcamps and avenue du Diamant. The buildings share a single orange-brick façade, enhanced with white imitation stone and white stone, of seven storeys beneath a pseudo-mansard and flat roof, punctuated by trapezoidal oriels. A continuous projecting band underlines the sixth storey, beneath a deeply projecting cornice. The corner bay is marked by a curved oriel beneath a terrace, in front of a bell-gabled dormer pierced by a triplet. The glazed wrought-iron doors beneath canopies remain; the ensemble is recorded in the inventory.
