Pair of similar Art Deco houses designed by the architect Joseph Ramaekers in 1930. Together with their neighbour at no. 127, they form a particularly homogeneous group of buildings in the same style. The brick façades, orange at no. 123 and brown at no. 125, are outlined by a ceramic wall coping and enlivened by a play of successively stepped wall planes, beneath a tiled mansard roof. No. 123 has a projecting window with a brick mullion on the upper floor; no. 125 has a granito base, sloping ceramic sills and retains its window frames, including stained glass. The geometric doors survive; the houses are recorded in the inventory.
