Art Deco house built in 1931 by the architect Henri Draps for his own use, in Laeken. The yellow-brick façade with bluestone dressings has openings with canted upper corners and an oriel on brackets carrying a terrace, in front of a dormer with a polygonal gable. The original door with wrought-iron grille, the stained-glass fanlight, the stained-glass hall door, the floral decoration of the corridor and the staircase with geometric balusters survive. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage, without legal protection.
