Art Deco town house with an asymmetrical composition, built in 1932 by the architect N. Bruylant (Compagnie hypothécaire et immobilière de Belgique, “Comibel”). The red-brick façade, enhanced with cement elements and white stone, has windows with stepped jambs and a lintel forming a cornice, continuous on the upper floor, and a single-storey masonry oriel on a triangular plan. The door, paired with a small window, is set between jambs on a curved plan beneath a transom forming a canopy; patterns of bricks set on end and a stepped cement entablature frieze complete the decoration. The joinery survives, with horizontally glazing-barred window frames. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
