A block of flats in a restrained Art Deco style designed in 1928 by the architect René Grosemans for Leopoldine Brack, second wife of Willy Dohmen; it combined the client's private residence with two rental flats. It is one of Grosemans's earliest works; in the 1930s his architecture evolved towards a sober brick modernism. The four-storey red brick façade on a bluestone plinth is structured by a three-sided bay window and natural stone cladding with stepped profiles, beneath a broad projecting wooden cornice; the window joinery and the entrance door with wrought-iron grille are preserved.
