Town house with an office and a rear workshop in a restrained Art Deco style, designed in 1932 by the architect Leon De Graef for Emile Siegers, whose firm was active in the automotive, mechanical and electrical sectors. The three-storey, two-bay façade with cornice, in red brick alternating with soldier courses and in imitation stone on a bluestone base, combines a shop window, a carriage gateway and a private porch with an oculus, with a three-sided oriel topped by a balcony on the bel-étage. The wrought-iron door grilles and the coloured leaded glass of the fanlights, with abstract geometric Art Deco patterns, are remarkable. The building, now a restaurant, is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
