Town house in a sober Art Deco style, built for Mrs P. Van den Bosch to a design dated 1932 (inscription) by the architects Fernand de Montigny and Louis Somers. It illustrates the influence Art Deco exerted on their designs from the 1930s onwards. The three-bay cornice façade, entirely faced in natural stone, emphasises the bel-étage with a fully glazed three-sided oriel; the trapezoidal shape of the garage door and entrance portal is typical of Art Deco, and the metal joinery survives. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
