An Art Deco-inspired apartment building erected in 1935 to plans by the architect Géo-Jean Henderick. The five-storey façade in red and brown glazed brick, above a ground floor in granilis and bluestone, is centred on a round-arched door and an axial glass-block window set in a concrete frame and topped by a small bell-shaped gable. Trapezoidal bow windows on geometric corbels, framed by tori of brown brick, enliven the side bays. The interior retains an original Schindler lift (1937); the building is recorded in the legal inventory.
