Corner apartment building with a shop on the ground floor, designed by Geo Henderick for himself under a building application of 1927. The Flemish inventory describes it as sober expressionist brick architecture in the manner of the Amsterdam School: four to five storeys, with three curved oriels stressing the vertical and a corner oriel crowned by a copper dome.
