A double house in brick with Art Deco touches, from around 1925 (building application of 1923), signed "Geo Henderick, architecte, Gand". It has three bays and three storeys, with a brick bow window, a crowning balcony and Art Deco diamond-shaped panes in the window frames. The client, Alexander Van Heuverswijn, also had Henderick design neighbouring houses. The building has been listed since 1996.
