Art Deco house built following a building permit application of 1927, to plans by the architect Cl. Masoin. The red brick façade, crossed by bands of white imitation stone, has three storeys and two unequal bays; the door opens within a deep porch lit by two lanterns set into the masonry. The main bay carries a two-storey trapezoidal bow window, continued by a gabled dormer with corbelled canted sides. The building is recorded in the legal inventory.
