Corner block designed as a single ensemble by Geo Henderick and signed "Geo Henderick, architecte, Gand", under a building application of 1928. The Flemish inventory sees expressionist brick architecture close to the Amsterdam School: three storeys under a pseudo-mansard roof with parabolic dormers, a truncated central gable, a curved oriel, and seahorse-shaped door handles. The block is a protected monument.
