An Art Deco house built following a building permit application of 1926 for the industrialist Fernand Lippens, to plans by the architect of the same name, Fernand Lippens. The three-storey façade in brick and white stone, on a bluestone plinth, has a ground floor entirely in white stone with a garage entrance under a three-sided polygonal arch. On the first floor, between two grilled hexagonal oculi, a trapezoidal bow window on two slender corbels has spandrels carved with foliage and carries a balcony in front of three windows with polygonal arches. A large dormer with three shaped windows pierces the lower slope of the mansard roof.
