An Art Deco house built following a building permit application of 1923, to plans by the architect Julien De Ridder. The façade in painted white imitation stone and light-coloured brick has three storeys above a garage and semi-sunken service rooms. On the ground floor, a wide trapezoidal projection incorporates a recessed porch whose column and pilasters, like the window mullions, carry geometricised capitals. Above, a trapezoidal bow window over two storeys continues as a large dormer of the same plan in the lower slope of the mansard roof.
