Maison, avenue de l'Armée 69

An Art Deco house built following a 1923 building permit application, to plans by the architect Jules Ghobert. Its three-storey, three-bay facade of brick and bluestone has a ground floor almost entirely in bluestone, with flat-fluted pilasters and chevron and sawtooth ornament. On the first floor, a small triangular bay on a carved corbel is fitted with round-arched yellow and blue stained glass.
