An Art Deco house built following a 1924 building-permit application to plans by the architect Jean De Ligne. The red-brick and bluestone façade, of three storeys over a semi-sunken garage, is dominated by a rectangular projecting bay entirely in bluestone that takes in the first two storeys; all openings are rectangular, apart from two barred octagonal openings on the ground floor. On the first floor, with alternate courses rusticated, three windows divided by fluted mullions are fronted by bluestone planters; the projecting bay carries a balcony with ironwork panels between low stone walls. A wide dormer lights the mansard roof.
