Monumental villa in decorative brick close to the Amsterdam School, signed "G. Henderick, architecte, Gand" and dated 1929. Square in plan, with two storeys under a high slate roof with parabolic dormers, it has a small domed lookout turret on the left corner, rounded oriels and corner loggias; the garden is enclosed by Art Deco iron railings. It is a protected monument.
