Art Deco apartment building constructed following a 1929 permit application, to plans by the architect Albert Callewaert. Its façade of white Savonnières stone and granite-effect render follows the curve of the street over three storeys and five bays, with a trapezoidal bow window running through both upper floors, framed by balconies with wrought-iron and masonry balustrades. The lintels are carved, as is the frieze of white Euville stone that finishes the elevation, under a flat roof terrace.
