This Art Deco apartment building with a commercial ground floor was designed in 1934 by the architect Arthur Pladet. Its four storeys, faced with orange brick and enhanced with rendered elements, have six bays towards each avenue and a canted corner bay. The corner bay is fronted on the first two floors by a trapezoidal oriel topped by a balcony, while a triangular oriel enlivens each façade. The spandrels are decorated with floral reliefs and the cornice survives.
