An Art Deco town house signed by the architect Arthur Pladet above the garage, 1924; the ground floor houses his office. It forms part of a visually homogeneous row of buildings of the same scale, from no. 241 to no. 281, which makes up the built frontage of the boulevard. The four-storey elevation combines a rendered ground floor with orange-brick upper floors set off with rendered elements, with a trapezoidal oriel on the first and second floors topped by a terrace with a wrought-iron railing. The cornice and doors survive. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
