This small, asymmetrically composed Art Deco apartment building was built in 1926 by the architect Arthur Pladet. It belongs to a highly uniform Art Deco ensemble that the same architect built between 1924 and 1937. On a bluestone plinth, its brick façade enhanced with white-stone elements, now painted, rises under a mansard roof. The main bay is fronted on the first floor by an oriel topped by a balcony with an iron railing; the door and cornice are original.
