Art Deco corner building with apartments and a ground-floor shop, designed in 1930 by the architect H. Vaes for the Comptoir national des matériaux. Above a blue stone base, the brick elevation with rendered elements rises six storeys, the top two set back as an attic, with a four-storey oriel on each street, balconies with parapets and iron railings, and fluted corners. Inside there are two flats per floor and a remarkable original polygonal Art Deco lift. The building is recorded in the legal inventory.
