Art Deco house built in 1924 by the architect Arthur Pladet, part of a highly uniform Art Deco ensemble he built between 1924 and 1937. The brick façade with white-stone elements, on a bluestone plinth, has two bays and two storeys under a mansard roof. It combines a stone mullioned window, a trapezoidal oriel topped by a balcony and a door under a canopy. Original joinery, with glazing-bar frames and stained glass.
