Art Deco house built in 1928 by the architect Arthur Pladet, part of a highly uniform Art Deco ensemble he built between 1924 and 1937. The two-storey façade, faced in brick and enhanced with white stone, is topped by a mansard roof. On the ground floor, two windows and the door open under round arches; the upper floor is fronted by a bow window on a curved plan, topped by a wrought-iron balcony onto which a through-dormer with a triple window opens. The joinery, glazing-bar frames, stained glass and ironwork are original.
