Pair of identical Art Deco apartment buildings with shops on the ground floor, built by the architect H. Vaes in 1929 (no. 4) and 1930 (no. 6) for the Comptoir national des matériaux. Their five-storey elevations, the top one an attic storey, are faced in brick with rendered elements and have flat roofs. On the upper floors four bays are articulated by pilasters, and on the top level a continuous balcony closed by a parapet fronts the two central bays. The shops, on either side of an arched door and a porch, have been altered.
