A pair of identical Art Deco blocks of flats designed in 1922 by the architect Arthur Pladet for the Biscuiterie Chocolaterie Victoria, which wished to house its employees there. Built on a through plot on either side of a courtyard, they originally contained 24 dwellings. The elevations of seven bays over four storeys, in red brick set off with bluestone and rendered elements, are punctuated by pilasters ending in three slender corbels beneath the cornice; the axial stair bay, crowned by a gable, carries a triangular bow window on the top floor. The door is surmounted by the inscription “LE FOYER VICTORIA”; a thorough renovation was carried out in 2006.
