An Art Deco house designed in 1926 by the architect Arthur Pladet; it belongs to a very homogeneous Art Deco group built by the same architect between 1924 and 1937. The two-bay, two-storey façade under a mansard roof, in brick trimmed with white stone on a bluestone base, has a stone-mullioned and transomed window on the ground floor and a trapezoidal oriel on the upper floor. The building is not protected; it is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
