An Art Deco town house designed by the architect Arthur Pladet in 1926. It housed the ground-floor surgery and the home of Dr Armand Swartenbroecks, mayor of Koekelberg from 1956 to 1971. The two-bay, three-storey elevation beneath a mansard roof combines a white-stone ground floor with red-brick upper floors set off with rendered elements. A trapezoidal oriel occupies the upper floors of the first bay, beneath a wall dormer fronted by a balcony with a wrought-iron railing.
